Photo permit

See this nice Ethiopian woman? She approached me and asked me to take her picture. So I snapped it, showed it to her, and without even looking, she erupted in giggles and ran away.

I returned from break to find a photo permit waiting for me. This is exciting. While the permit has very strict rules about what I can and can not photograph, it does give me a bit more freedom. I can get more random pictures of people like the one above. In Sudan.
