Student Council

I am starting a middle school student council. Apparently, there used to be one years ago, and someone, at some point dropped the ball. But we are at it again! It has taken us a good chunk of the year to put it together, so we are only electing representatives for each class, 5-8, no executives. And we're announcing the winners tomorrow, on Inauguration Day!

The speeches, of course, were silly.
My favorite line:
"I'm only a telephone, but you are the speaker. I'm the voice. I get the message through."
Thank you, seventh grader that spent the past three years in Minnesota. (I recognize the cheesiness to be Midwestern in nature!)
