My girls

So I've been teaching a 'business and leadership' exploratory class. It is all of the 7th and 8th grade girls together, and because of that fact, has turned into a young ladies' support group disguised as a leadership class. They are going through this tough time where they are crazy and creative and smart and amazing- but quiet around the boys. And we're working on changing that.

Last week I had them create commercials for their businesses. They let me record them, on the condition that NO BOY at school (including teachers) would see them. They gave me permission to show my mom. ;) Here is the finest:
